Residential complex Panorama - landing page for the sale of apartments in the first business class residential complex in Sumy

About the project

Panorama is a modern business class residential complex built by Sumchani SD construction company. Located 2.7 km from the city center. Thanks to a progressive approach to construction, we have created a comfortable space for living. The complex consists of 3 monolithic-frame construction houses with a free layout of apartments. In a closed area there is a playground and an open gazebo with a place for a barbecue. The territory is equipped with video surveillance systems. The largest parking lot in Sumy for 100 parking spaces.

Process of work

First of all, we conducted a research on companies already on the market to find the best solutions. Prepared texts for all landing page blocks and created a prototype of its structure. We prepared a design concept and worked out the functionality of choosing an apartment. The concept was approved and the design was drawn. Designed and received the finished product.

Result

Using a simple landing page functionality, you can select a house, floor, number of rooms, parking spaces and storage rooms. When you select a house and floor, a diagram is shown
with the location of the apartments. Also, the diagram immediately indicates the state of the apartment – sold, booked or free. Having chosen the apartment you like, its detailed layout opens with an indication of the area and cost.
