Art-Zvit - a mobile application for the formation of primary accounting documents and submission of electronic reporting

About the project

The web service provides the ability to generate and import primary accounting documents, such as an invoice, a certificate of completion, an invoice, which can be signed using the CES / EDS and sent to the counterparty.
Art-Zvit, as the main product, is presented in the desktop version. The customer approached us with the task of redesigning a mobile application to improve its usability.

Process of work

Initially, we have conducted the research of the old design – the screenshots of the application were taken and its work was analyzed. We have worked on a new User Flow – simplified the user’s interaction with the service and hid unnecessary buttons on separate screens. Wireframe with a detailed prototype of all screens was created by us. We have prepared a moodboard and the concept was agreed on . We have also drawn a new design for the mobile version.

Result

After the redesign, the functionality of the application allows you to select the desired cash desk, generate a check, send it for payment and fiscalize it quickly and easily. You can view the history of creation of fiscal and service checks. Creation and transfer of QR-codes of checks are also provided.
