Art-Zvit - a mobile application for the formation of primary accounting documents and submission of electronic reporting

About the project

The web service provides the ability to generate and import primary accounting documents such as an invoice, a certificate of completion, an invoice, which can be signed using a CEP/EDS and sent to the counterparty. Art-Zvit, as the main product, is presented in the desktop version. The customer approached us with the task of redesigning a mobile application to improve its usability.

Work process

Initially, we conducted a research of the old design - we took screenshots of the application screens and analyzed its operation. We worked on the new User Flow - we simplified the user’s interaction with the service, and hid unnecessary buttons on individual screens. We created a Wireframe with a detailed prototype of all screens. We prepared a moodboard and agreed on the concept. We drew a new new application design for the mobile version.

Result

After the redesign, the functionality of the application allows you to quickly and easily select the desired cash register, generate a check, send it for payment and fiscalize it. You can view the history of creating fiscal and service receipts. It also provides for the creation and transmission of QR codes for receipts.
