About the project
At rgbweb.studio we redesigned and built a new catalog website for Prime Real Estate — a real estate agency in Kyiv. The client needed to replace a site based on a ready-made WordPress theme with a flexible solution that could handle a database of 10,000 listings and accept another 200–300 listings every month from Realt Soft CRM.
We analyzed competitors, designed the structure and UX prototypes, prepared the copy, created a responsive design, and built the new site on Node.js and Vue.js. For content management we developed a custom admin panel, and for SEO we used server-side rendering.

Starting point
The previous Prime Real Estate website ran on WordPress with a ready-made theme and was directly connected to the CRM. Listings were imported automatically via API, but the theme’s limitations blocked further product growth.
Changing page structure, user flows, and interface elements required a developer to edit the code.
After launching paid search, the site did not deliver the expected number of qualified leads. The client therefore needed to rethink not only advertising campaigns, but also the structure, content, and user logic of the website itself.
Goals and objectives
Prime Real Estate operates as a real estate agency and acts as an intermediary between property owners and buyers or tenants. At the start of the project the company database contained about 10,000 listings, with another 200–300 items potentially added every month.
The client needed more than an audit of the existing website — they needed a concrete structure for a new solution: from user journeys and Figma prototypes to full development.
Key project objectives:
- Analyze competitor websites and relevant market solutions.
- Design a structure focused on property search and lead generation.
- Map the user journey from the first visit to booking a viewing.
- Build the homepage, catalog, and an informative listing page.
- Support a database of 10,000 listings.
- Automate the import of new listings from Realt Soft CRM.
- Create a convenient admin panel.
- Add multilingual support and prepare pages for SEO.
- Deliver an extensible solution without the limits of a ready-made WordPress theme.
What changed after development
After development, Prime Real Estate received a custom catalog website on Node.js and Vue.js. The new solution is built for the existing base of roughly 10,000 listings and the regular arrival of another 200–300 items each month from Realt Soft CRM.
The site no longer depends on a ready-made theme: page structure and functionality can evolve with business needs, while the team manages content through a custom admin panel.
Key changes:
- Flexible architectureA custom Node.js and Vue.js solution without the limits of a ready-made WordPress theme.
- Automated catalogListings arrive from Realt Soft CRM via API without manual publishing.
- New user journeySearch, filters, and the listing page guide users from choosing a property to booking a viewing.
- Manageable contentCopy, photos, headings, and pages are edited through a custom admin panel.
- Foundation for growthMultilingual support and server-side rendering prepare pages for SEO and advertising campaigns.

Result
Instead of a limited WordPress theme, the client received a custom catalog website designed for a large real estate database and further feature growth.
Staff can manage content on their own through the custom admin panel, while listing data is imported automatically from Realt Soft CRM.
The new architecture makes it possible to develop the catalog, user journeys, and informational pages without being locked into the limits of a ready-made theme.
