Residential complex Panorama - landing page for the sale of apartments in the first business class residential complex in Sumy

About the project

Panorama is a modernbusiness class residential complex, built by the construction company Sumchani SD. Located 2.7 km from the city center. Thanks to a progressive approach to construction, we created a comfortable space for living. The complex consists of 3 houses of monolithic frame construction with open-plan apartments. In a closed area there is a children's playground and an open gazebo with a place for a barbecue. The territory is equipped with video surveillance systems. The largest parking lot in Sumy with 100 parking spaces.

Work process

First of all, conducted research on companies already present on the market to find the best solutions. We prepared texts for all landing page blocks and created a prototype of its structure. We prepared a design concept and worked out the functionality of choosing an apartment. We approved the concept and drew the design. We typed it up and received the finished product.

Result

Using simple functionality landing, you can select a house, floor, number of rooms, parking spaces and storage rooms. When you select a house and floor, a diagram with the location of apartments is shown. The diagram also immediately indicates the status of the apartment - sold, reserved or vacant. Having selected the apartment you like, its detailed layout opens, indicating the area and cost.
